Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Information regarding electronic fulfillment, digital provisioning, and service activation for BehaveIQ SaaS plans.

1. Nature of Services (100% Digital SaaS)

BehaveIQ is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web application. We do not manufacture, package, ship, or deliver physical goods or tangible merchandise of any kind.

All subscription plans (Starter, Pro Growth, Enterprise Studio) and analytical reports are delivered electronically and digitally via the Internet directly to your authenticated user account.

2. Delivery Timeline & Electronic Provisioning

Instant Digital Fulfillment: Access to your upgraded plan quotas, Mistral AI generations, and advanced analytics is provisioned immediately (within 0 to 60 seconds) upon receipt of payment confirmation from Razorpay.

The automated fulfillment lifecycle functions as follows:

  • Step 1 (Checkout): You select your desired plan and complete payment via Razorpay using UPI, Cards, or NetBanking.
  • Step 2 (Instant Verification): Our server-to-server webhook receives Razorpay's cryptographically signed payment notification.
  • Step 3 (Immediate Provisioning): Your account tier is upgraded in our database instantly. Your active browser session unlocks premium audit features in real-time.
  • Step 4 (Delivery Receipt): A digital invoice and confirmation email containing your payment ID and order details are sent to your registered Google/Firebase email address.

3. Shipping Charges

Because our services are 100% cloud-hosted and digitally provisioned, there are zero (₹0.00) shipping, handling, or courier charges.

4. Troubleshooting Digital Delivery Delays

In rare events where your bank confirms debit of funds but your BehaveIQ dashboard does not unlock premium features within 5 minutes (due to intermittent network lag or delayed banking webhooks), please perform the following:

  1. Refresh your dashboard browser tab or log out and log back in to reload your session token.
  2. Check your email inbox for the Razorpay payment confirmation receipt.
  3. If access is still pending, contact our support team at support@behaveiq.in with your Razorpay Payment ID. Our technical support team manually provisions access within two (2) business hours.
